Terms of use

These terms cover your use of marburystudios.co.uk. They do not cover any product we may supply to you later — that would be governed by a separate written agreement.

Who we are

This site is operated by Reuben Wand, trading as Marbury Studios, in the United Kingdom. Marbury Studios is a sole trader business, not a limited company. You can contact us through the contact form on our home page. Our postal address is available on request.

The site is information only

Everything on this website is provided for general information. Our products are described as they are being developed, and descriptions of planned or in-progress features are not promises that those features exist, will be released, or will work in a particular way.

Nothing on this site is a quotation, an estimate, or professional advice of any kind — including educational, technical, legal or financial advice.

Early testing

Taking part in early testing of our products is voluntary and free. It creates no obligation on you to buy anything, and no obligation on us to release a product. Either side can stop at any time, for any reason, without notice. Any specific commitments will be set out separately in writing.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, submit anything unlawful or misleading through our forms, or use automated systems to scrape or overload it.

Our content

The text, design, logo and other material on this site belong to Marbury Studios unless stated otherwise. You may read, share and link to it. You may not reproduce it commercially without our permission.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
